About Joey and I

On July 8th 2006 I married for time and all eternity my husband Joseph Lee Singleton. I have never been so happy to tied to somebody in my whole life. I cant believe that Joey and I will have been married for almost five years in July. Despite our ups and downs our life has been pretty amazing. We have two wonderful children and have supported each other through some pretty major changes in our life. I couldn't have asked to be married to a better person.

Joey is a high school history teacher, currently teaching last chance students at Honors Academy in Irving Texas. He teacher a variety of students from sixth through eleventh grade and for the most part he absolutely loves his job. Joey is also finishing up his masters degree, to be completed in August, in the field of curriculum and instruction. When I don't have him helping me around the house or playing with children he loves to fish and currently coaches JB's T-ball team.

About Me: Well I'm Tara (as you know) and I am currently a stay at home mom and student. Its probably no shocker that I spend most of my time carting JB around to school and sports, cleaning house and working on school work. I am currently getting my masters in Adult Education in order to teach on the community college, online education forum. I am hoping to be able to work in the evening or at home when I graduate and am keeping my fingers crossed that the economy and that somebody will give me a chance to teach. If I get a chance to have a hobby I love to read, watch movies and scrapbook.
